From September 3 to 4, 2026, the main national sambo championship will be held at the Staiki Regional Sports and Recreation Center (small arena). The competition will feature the country's strongest athletes competing for medals in all weight categories.
Competition program (September 4):
— 10:00 — start of the semi-final matches and consolation matches for 3rd place among men and women;
— 16:00–16:20 — opening ceremony;
— 16:30 — final fights and award ceremony for winners and prize winners.
